Saulnier, Renee Ann of Lexington, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on September 15, 2022. Beloved wife of Carl H. Parsons. Devoted sister of James Saulnier, his wife Jane of West Dover, VT and her niece Kerri Perry.  She is also survived by 3 step-daughters, Ronda Parsons, Leanne Rightnour,  Amanda Benson, and their children who lovingly knew her as Nana.

Renee was a graduate of Lexington High School. She was a lover of Boston sports and a talented athlete herself playing shortstop on a semi-professional softball team. She later after injuring herself, coached for a women's softball team due to her love for the game. She loved the beach, especially the beaches of Aruba and Wingaersheek, fast cars, hot air balloons and animals. She enjoyed dancing, music and had an artistic side where she enjoyed ceramics, making jewelry from found sand dollars from her walks on the beach, and created needlepoint personalized Christmas stockings for her loved ones. She worked in sales and customer service and was retired from Varian Vacuum Technologies.

Funeral from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington Monday September 19 at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Brigid Church, Lexington at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday from 2pm to 5pm. Donations in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org) or to the Northeast Animal Shelter (www.northeastanimalshelter.org). Interment Westview Cemetery, Lexington.
